Dale oversees activities directly related to making products or providing services. He manages the movement of goods into and out of production facilities and programs all machine parts on Mastercam.

He reviews specifications of a particular product and plans the production process, including where and how to cut the work piece, the correct tools and materials for the job, and the sequence of steps to follow in production of the product. He also performs the machining operations, watches for problems in the production process, and checks the accuracy of the finished piece against specifications.

Nick is responsible for the management and coordination of shop operations including machining, parts and assembly, receiving, tool room and maintenance consistent to improve the facility’s performance in shipping, inventory, and throughput.

He plans, organizes and directs the manufacturing and maintenance operations which ensure the most effective return on assets. He also makes initiative plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital.

Lisa is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. She is in charge of ordering supplies for Aspire. She performs frequent checks on the supply cabinet to make sure that items are always in stock. She keeps track of the hours which each employee works in addition to the set pay for employees. Lisa also performs accounting duties for the entire business.

Lisa speaks with customers about deadlines and time frames for parts in the shop. She also relates this information to the shop management for appropriate scheduling.

Dave works to establish management practices throughout assigned areas which include all employees’ positive involvement with opportunity for construction input and action.

Dave continually improves our safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes. He maintains individual skills keeping up to date with latest production and production management concepts.
